Kingsoft supports both keyboards well. You did not note the English website address. It is http://wps-community.org/<br /><br />Kingsoft is very close to Microsoft office in functionality. It supports accented characters very well and is more more responsive than Libreoffice. There are no delays that occur while writing a document that we experience with Libreoffice.<br />The tool bar makes the use of the word processor and spreadsheet very familiar to Microsoft office users. This product has a free version and a commercial version.
